Manuscript Guidelines

Last update: 28.10.2025 - 9:06
Submission

All manuscript submissions should be made via the journal’s website: www.eia.feaa.ugal.ro

All correspondence, including notification of the Editor’s decision and requests for revision, is conducted electronically via email: eai.feaa.ugal@gmail.com

Manuscripts must be written in English and be original; they must not have been previously published and must not be under consideration elsewhere. Submissions that meet the journal’s aims and scope will undergo a double-blind peer review, normally by at least two referees. To ensure blind review, authors should provide files free from any identifying information. Contact details should be entered during the online submission process and included on a title page not shared with referees.

Submission Declaration

Submitted manuscripts must contain original work that has not been published previously or submitted for publication elsewhere.

Papers are accepted for review with the understanding that no substantial part has been published or is under consideration elsewhere, and that submission has been approved by all authors and their affiliated institutions. Any person cited as a source of personal communications must have approved the citation.

Publication in limited-distribution “Proceedings” or in a working paper series does not disqualify a manuscript. Authors must disclose any papers published or under review in other journals that are based on similar data or methods, and clarify how the present work differs. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree that if accepted for publication, copyright, including the right to reproduce the article in all forms and media, will be assigned exclusively to the Publisher.

Manuscript Format
Paper Structure

Introduce the research problem, its importance, objectives, and relevant background. Avoid lengthy literature surveys or detailed results.

Summarize existing research, highlight gaps, and explicitly state the purpose of your study.

Provide full disclosure of methods and data. The description should be detailed enough to allow replication. Include study participants, sample size, selection criteria, and any relevant experimental or survey procedures.

Present results clearly and concisely. Use tables and figures where appropriate. Report descriptive statistics before inferential statistics. Maintain one additional decimal place in means if raw data are whole numbers.

Interpret results in relation to the original research question. Discuss implications and how findings relate to existing literature. End with a concluding paragraph summarizing the main insights.

Summarize the problem, methods, main findings, and contributions. Conclusions should be self-contained and understandable without reading the full paper. End with future research directions or applications.

Include grants, funding organizations (full names), and collaborators. Place acknowledgements at the end of the article, not on the title page.

Use APA style.

List references alphabetically by the first author’s surname.

Multiple references by the same author in the same year should be identified as “a”, “b”, etc.
